Join Coalition Glass at the Zak World of Facades USA 2026 conference in San Francisco on November 18 to discuss the art and science of building envelopes, facade design and engineering.

Division President of Coalition Tyler Wright will join the panel “Enveloping Innovation: Facade Design for Life Sciences & Biotech” to examine how enclosure systems can address the specialized environmental, operational and technical requirements of life sciences and biotech facilities. The segment will be moderated by Philip Ra, Principal and Design Director at Flad Architects, who designed the 315,000-square-foot life sciences facility Avia Labs in Millbrae, California. Coalition provided design-assist and design-build services for Avia’s 56,146 square feet of facade, including a custom curtainwall system featuring punched windows with integrated lighting and L-shaped GFRC panels to mitigate exterior noise.
