Tyler Wright is a pioneering force in the glazing industry, known for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to advancing the asbuilt environment. He began his career with Enclos in 2008 through the esteemed SOAR training program, quickly distinguishing himself as a rising talent in facade construction.



Over the course of 13 years at Enclos, Tyler played a pivotal role in delivering some of the most architecturally ambitious projects in the country. His portfolio includes the San Diego Federal Courthouse, McCarran Terminal 3, Aria at City Center, Park Lane Ala Moana, Chase Center Arena and Office Towers, and Adobe North Tower. As both Project Manager and Project Executive, Tyler consistently demonstrated an ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex logistics, and deliver high-performance glazing systems with precision and efficiency.



Tyler’s influence extended beyond project execution. He co-led the development of Enclos’ project management rotation program, a foundational initiative designed to instill operational excellence and mentor emerging leaders within the organization.



In April 2021, Tyler co-founded Coalition Glass with Phil Skalecki, bringing his deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial vision to a new chapter in facade innovation. At Coalition Glass, Tyler continues to lead with a focus on design integration, procurement strategy, and scalable execution—delivering tailored glazing solutions for projects of all sizes.



With a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Tyler combines academic rigor with real-world experience, making him a trusted partner for architects, developers, and contractors alike. His leadership continues to shape the future of the glazing industry.
