Coalition Glass is a complementary offering to Enclos, providing glazing and cladding solutions for a wide range of project sizes while maintaining the highest standard of quality, detail, and execution. Our current offerings are design adaptations, procurement, and installation in the Western United States and Hawaii – with plans for expansion into the Eastern U.S. in the coming years.
Tyler Wright started his career with Enclos in 2008 through the esteemed SOAR training. His resume includes iconic projects such as the San Diego Federal Courthouse, McCarran T3, Aria at City Center, Park Lane Ala Moana, Chase Center Arena and Office Towers, and Adobe North Tower. Tyler co-founded Coalition Glass with Phil Skalecki in April of 2021. Tyler brings expertise in leadership, project management, procurement, and execution of glazing solutions to projects of all sizes.
Phil Skalecki has been in the glazing industry as a union glazier since 1995. Phil is a co-founder of Coalition Glass and sits on Enclos’ executive safety council. Throughout his career, Phil has supervised monumental projects, including Allegiant Stadium, 18 Fremont (aka Circa), Oceanwide Plaza, Park Lane Ala Moana, Frost Tower, Encore, Wynn Hotel and Casino, Planet Hollywood, McCarran T3, 680 Folsom, Nashville Music City Center, Palms, and Trump Hotel Las Vegas.
Mo Sabbagh has been involved in facade contracting preconstruction services since 2010. Prior to joining Coalition Glass in 2022, Mo worked for Permasteelisa Group in Dubai, Permasteelisa North Americas, and Clark Pacific’s glazing division. Mo holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and two master’s degrees – structural engineering and construction management. Mo brings expertise in preconstruction and offers design solutions for projects of all scales.
