With decades of experience at Enclos, co-founders Phil Skalecki and Tyler Wright saw a gap in the market, one that clients were asking for – the same level of excellence on smaller-scale projects that Enclos delivers on landmark curtainwall systems.
With a combined 50+ years in the glazing industry, Tanner, Phil and Tyler have led some of the most complex and iconic building envelope projects in the country. Their careers at Enclos were defined by a shared commitment to precision, innovation, and client partnership. But through close collaboration with developers, architects, and contractors, they heard a consistent message: the industry needed a partner who could bring Enclos-level quality and expertise to smaller, more localized work, especially during economic downturns.
