Phil Skalecki

Proven leader in field operations and glazing excellence.

Phil Skalecki is a seasoned expert in curtainwall and glazing systems, with a career rooted in craftsmanship, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to safety. A second-generation glazier, Phil grew up immersed in the trade—an upbringing that shaped his deep understanding of field operations and positioned him as a trusted leader in the industry.

With over 30 years of experience, including 22 years at Enclos, Phil has led some of the most complex and high-profile facade installations in the country. His resume includes monumental projects such as Allegiant Stadium (Raiders Stadium), 18 Fremont (Circa), Oceanwide Plaza, Park Lane Ala Moana, and Frost Tower, where he served as General Superintendent. Earlier in his career, Phil held key roles as Foreman on projects including Encore, Wynn Hotel and Casino, Planet Hollywood, McCarran Terminal 3, 680 Folsom, Nashville Music City Center, Palms, and Trump Hotel Las Vegas.

Phil’s leadership extends beyond the jobsite. As a founding member of the Enclos Executive Safety Committee, he helped shape the company’s safety culture—an ethos he now brings to Coalition Glass, the firm he co-founded with Tyler Wright in 2021. At Coalition Glass, Phil leads field operations with the same precision, discipline, and safety-first mindset that have defined his career.

A union glazier since 1995, Phil’s hands-on experience and operational insight make him uniquely qualified to lead large-scale facade installations from concept through completion. His ability to manage field teams, coordinate complex logistics, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety continues to set the benchmark for excellence in the glazing industry.
