Tré Builders is a general contractor, construction manager and owner’s representative specializing in gaming, resort and hospitality construction. In 2025, the company renovated its headquarters in Las Vegas. Coalition Glass provided fabrication, procurement and installation services to retrofit its exterior facade and furnish new interior partitions and doors.

Scope & Technical Execution

The exterior scope replaced the second-floor’s infill with 3,064 square feet of insulated, low‑e laminated glass. This approach allowed the existing framing to be retained, minimizing disruptions. Typical modules span 3’10” wide by 10’ tall, with chamfered edges softening transitions between elevations.

The interior scope included 100 square feet of horizontal desktop privacy panels made from fluted glass. Its semi-translucent, vertical ribs allow light to pass while softening visibility. Typical panels span 10’ wide by 6” tall.

Coalition’s scope also included exterior and interior doors.
